1. Must I be 21 Years Old to purchase?
You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol.
2. Who are eligible to purchase?
Only non-Muslim are eligible to purchase.
3. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
No. We only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
4. How Many Attempts Does Courier Make To Deliver?
The Courier will make only one attempts to delivery an order. After the attempt, the package will be shipped back to us and you must contact us and pay for shipping before the order can be re-shipped.
5. Do we ship to PO BOX?
Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box or international.
6. How do we package the order(s) and is the box discreet?
We use corrugated shipping boxes. We may add a sticker that says something to the extant of Fragile Glass. We also bubble wrap certain items.
7. What is your delivery fee?
RM15 for every order. Free delivery for the purchases above RM 400 within Peninsular Malaysia. There may be surcharges for delivery in remote areas. Please call us to check. Or check on our Shipping & Delivery policy.
8.How long before my order ships?
Once your order is confirmed, we do our best to ship the order within 24 to 48 hours, although it may take up to 5 business days before the order is actually shipped due to availability of the stock and weather condition.
9. When will I receive my Tracking Number?
Once the package is shipped, you will get a package tracking number e-mailed to you.
10. How Do I Pay for my order?
Payments are handled through STRIPE payment. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

11. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We regret that we only accept digital payment (Visa/Mastercard/Bank Transfer) for all online delivery.
12. Can I cancel after payment is made?
Absolutely. Please call/Whatsapp us at 016-2636636. If your order has already been shipped out, you will need to return the products to us, and we will refund you. Refund terms & conditions apply.
13. Is there a limit to how much I can order?
No. All our products are duty paid. Hence you may purchase as much as you need subject to availability at our shop.
